All the dealings we have had with the store in Milton Keynes has been brilliant. We are pleased that Procook exists as it was really upsetting when Lakeland shut as there was no dedicated shop for kitchenware.

Went into store and asked if they had this product Burger Press as wouldn’t know where to start looking
Assistant at till said yes we do and went off to get it for me
Came back with the product I wanted plus an additional type for me to see
Bought the item I required
And it works perfectly
