The lady was so helpful my new cutlery and glasses are lovely, then I found out that their are closing this is a real shame as I like to see what I am buying I don’t like internet shopping feeling really sad the staff were really professional and they are losing their jobs what a great loss of talent

Happy hour spent in ProCook Nottingham.
First time I had visited ProCook and was most impressed with the quality and range of goods on offer. However most impressive was the professional help and guidance by the sales staff. I was there to purchase a set of professional knives for my sous chef daughter. Together with a folding bag she was really pleased with her present and uses the knives daily at work. Quality durable pans
I already had some Procook Gourmet saucepans and saw that the frying pan was 10% off so were tempted. Their pans are excellent quality - non-stick and clean really well with a soft sponge. We had the Jamie Oliver Tefal pan previously which was hopeless - its non-stick coating peeled away after a few months.
