ProCook - Plymouth Avis 

Mi wife and I bought 4 Elite ProCook pans this week from the store in Drake Circus in Plymouth including a large frying pan, a wok and two saucepans. We were looked after by Meghan who did a great job of explaining the differences between the different product lines to us. It was particularly impressive that Meghan uses the products we bought herself and was able to talk about how she cooks with them, for example putting frying pans in the oven to finish cooking, something we would not have thought of. We are already using the pans at home, especially the frying pan, which we use all the time. The construction of the Elite pans works well at providing an even heat on our induction hob. We took advantage of the sale that is on for the Elite range and we were given a further discount because my wife is a health worker. Great experience and great products, thanks very much, and now we know where the shop is we can visit again for some big saucepans.

Friendly, knowledgable staff - every visit have received a welcome and offer of help - which I actually needed today. Great customer skills- rare in shops these days!

I went in the shop after some knives, not sure on what I needed the shop assistant advised the type to use for specific jobs and stuck to the type of budget I wanted to use.

Excellent service

We went in for a tin opener and came out feeling like we’d found a friend.
The service was outstanding, friendly and informative and giving lots of options alongside explaining the various deals. It was a really enjoyable experience and the product range is great.
Oh and the tin opener is great quality as are the other items we just couldn’t live without!

Great service in Plymouth store and lovey set of steak knives for a good price

Needed a knife and sharpener for chopping veg. Staff member in Plymouth branch was really helpful and knowledgeable and happy to advise and give a demonstration of the knife in action (on some veg , not me) . 16 quid for a German steel chopping knife which is really really good and guaranteed for 25 years. I'll be 82 by then so that should suffice. Recommend a visit. Good shopping experience.
