The cutlery and glasses I bought from ProCook are amazing quality and such great value for money. I’m really impressed with how well-made they are, and they look lovely too. The staff were also so nice, friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend ProCook and will happily shop there again.

Missing item
Went into store to purchase a knife set only to get home and find that the sharpener was missing. The shop assistant was somewhat apologetic but this caused me to drive into the store twice for something that was simply human error.
