The staff couldn't have been more helpful, I wanted a new saucepan to match my others but the lid style had changed, but they went and found me the one that matched mine and swapped it over. Polite and friendly.

Great customer service
The staff member who assisted us was brilliant...even checking the recent delivery to check if an item we wanted was on it which it was
We had a gift voucher and she was very patient when we kept asking how much we had left..we ended up overspending

I had a production fault on a baking…
I had a production fault on a baking tin I bought recently. The staff looked up my purchase and very quickly gave me options and I was pleased to agree to a replacement as the roasting tin was so useful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Helpful & Reassuring
I've just bought my first place and as a result, needed a decent set of saucepans to last me for a good few decade. My parents had used ProCook in the past (as we still have some of those saucepans from 15 years+) so I went straight to their store in Street. The young lady with long brown hair (apologies I've forgotten her name) was very professional and was kind enough to walk me through all the various ranges for saucepans and with the knives for a newbie like me. They were very cheerful and I'd recommend the place for anybody else who needs kitchen stuff, especially saucepans!

Very helpful
The staff at Clark’s village in Street were very keen to help me purchase their saucepans and helped me select what was needed. The gave me 15% off so basically got one free.

Easy to clean
The product is how I expected it to be. The handle is heat proof, and safe to use.

One pan of a set was found to be…
One pan of a set was found to be damaged on the inside. This must have happened in the factory as packaging had no damage, bad quality control. 50mile round trip to return plus parking, no compensation just swapped the pan. As a first time customer I’m not impressed.
