A disappointing experience.
I bought some steak knives which were clearly labelled underneath at £16. However, at the till I was charged £49. When I queried this, I was informed that they had only come in that morning and didn’t have the price label on yet! They were clearly priced at £16.
I asked for a refund but surely I should have been charged the incorrect displayed price????

The sales lady approached me immediately to offer her assistance. Smiling face. The second lady was so helpful. It was a pleasurable visit. I was delighted to find that the store offered items suitable for my budget.

Design fault in saucepan lid.
The pans are sturdy and good quality. The only problem we've found is that there is a gap between the inner metal ring of the saucepan lid and the glass. This causes food particles to collect in the gap when draining water from the pan with the lid on. This is a particular problem with rice. I would have to put this down as a design fault.
