Was efficiently shown a few examples for what I wanted- and then I purchased exactly what I wanted at the right price point for me. Didn’t feel pressured to buy more. The member of staff was knowledgeable and informative on non-stick surfaces and concerns over toxins.

Even reassuring me that he was confident my cake would turn out perfect, I’ve not bought from this retailer before but I would definitely shop there again 10/10 service

ProCook knife set
I had a lovely experience in this shop. The staff were pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I came away with a fantastic set of knives! I was served by Duncan who was so helpful, it was a pleasure to go into a shop where a member of staff could answer all my questions (I had lots!) and give me all the information about the product I was looking at. Fantastic service, thank you!

Not a good experience
We visited ProCook in Westfield to buy pans and chef knives. While the products seem good, the customer service experience was disappointing. We were given the wrong pan and had to return to the store, which took a lot of time and inconvenience. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake when we called or returned. Overall, not a great experience in-store despite decent products.
