Super Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff :)
A lady called Anisa came up to me to offer help. I was looking for a Japanese inspired knife set for my uncles birthday and a board to match with it. She was super helpful in explaining the knives and how she feels about each design etc. She was super knowledgeable, respectful and bubbly speaking to me as a customer. As someone who suffers from anxiety, this really helped me find what I was looking for whilst making me feel comfortable. Super grateful. I’ll definitely come back and buy more.

From the moment I walked into the store…
From the moment I walked into the store the sales assistant greeted me with a friendly smile and asked if I needed any help while not being over bearing.
I knew what I needed but didn't know the professional name, I explained what I wanted and was give options and advice on each option once the sale assistant quickly identified what it was I wanted
