Data Mining and Bait-and-Switch Tactics — Read the Reviews

If you are considering using any platform owned by Prodege LLC - whether it’s Swagbucks, MyPoints, InboxDollars, Tada, or Upromise - just take a quick look at the reviews for this company before you do anything. They are a perfect summary and representation of what you can expect: they harvest your data, profit off of your participation, before arbitrarily suspending your account right before they are scheduled to pay you.

I completed a few high-value bank offers - meaning opening up new checking/savings and investment accounts at real banks. This required me to provide my SSN, upload my drivers license, etc. - all of the strict requirements banks have to prevent fraud and make sure you are who you say you are. On top of all that, I had to fund the accounts and setup direct deposits. I had over $365 in rewards pending and scheduled for payout.

Just before the funds were released, Prodege deactivated my account, falsely claiming I used "automated methods." It is near impossible for a bot to pass bank-level security and do all of this - initiate transfers into the bank account from another bank, establish incoming direct deposits, etc. Despite my offers to provide bank statements and my ID to prove my human identity, Prodege issued a boilerplate rejection email and refused to review the evidence. They provided no evidence of their false claim, leaving you with no understanding of what they believe even occurred.

Prodege effectively mines your most sensitive personal and financial data, keeps the affiliate commissions from the banks, and then uses false "automation" flags as a loophole to avoid paying the consumer. If that’s not bad enough, you’re almost guaranteed to engage in offers that you complete but don’t receive credit for, for whatever unknown technical reason that neither you nor Prodege can explain, and that no amount of documentation will get their support team to honor their promotion.

I have escalated this to the BBB and the NY Attorney General, although I have low confidence anything will come of it. Do not trust this company with your data or your time. The more money at stake, the more at risk you are of having your account suspended and your money gone. Whether or not they explicitly target accounts set to receive large promotional amounts, they most certainly benefit and profit off of the result - accounts suspended and payments withheld - leaving the consumer with no recourse while Prodege retains both your private data and the commissions you earned for them.

Prodege LLC

Prodege LLC, the owners of Swagbucks.com promoted a series of illegal Chinese casinos and described one as a “strategy game” with no mention of its actual function.

I lost over $10000.

I had my cards charged multiple times, I had my account wiped of the money deposited, and I had personal information such as my social security number and ID stolen

These casinos (such as jackpot heist, guess spin arena, lucky duel, etc) claim to be owned and developers by different companies, although all are identical to each other and process payments under the same names.

None of these companies exist or are registered anywhere. Obviously they aren’t licensed as casinos either.

I tried to provide evidence to Swagbucks months ago, and got no response.

I then sent a legal dispute through the mail on march 28th, which was ignored

After leaving multiple messages, they’re lawyer, Mr David Doyle, left me a message claiming that they weren’t responsible and I should sue the developers instead

When I tried to explain that these companies aren’t real and offered to provide evidence I was ignored again.

When I tried this to offer more evidence that these apps are connected and operated illegally I was continuously ignored

I tried contacting the number they had listed with the PA gaming control board and was met with an ex employee of Prodege who was confused as to why her number was listed as the contact.

She left a message with protege and sent an email. Again no response.

As of yesterday, some of the apps have been wiped from the App Store leaving no trace.

I don’t know if the devs removed the apps, Apple did, or my reports to IC3 and the FBI led to these apps getting shut down.

Either way I provided pages of evidence to Swagbucks and they continued to promote the apps.

In one case, I even mentioned a connected app that they weren’t currently promoting, and they initiated a new campaign for the app weeks later.

Shame on you!

Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with. This won't the Monopolygo challenge that was supposed too give $506.00 well long sort short as usual they are deny it. They pretty much use swagbucks as a fraudulent part of there company. Then try to act like they have no say what happens. So yeah just a giant scam company glad all my friends and family quit using there fraudulent websites.

Inbox Dollars Scam

I was working on several offers, had over $200 submitted for payment, $200 offer they refused to credit, and approximately $200 in pending credit and for no specific reason they closed my account for violating their "terms of service" but not explaining how or what i specifically violated. I spent over$400 in completing these offers, and had several still in progress. I had no problems with the account and had received a few payments from them but when the amount became significant they closed my account and said that I would have to forfeit my earnings. Users beware.

I filed a complaint with the BBB for this company. They deactivate your account when you complete offers and try to redeem your gift cards. They have the audacity to say it is because they and their partner games or websites are not in TOS compliance and that you are to understand their decision. It is a scam and fraud. The entire thing is done so they have full access to tracking and storing your data which could actually cause security breaches to people. They are just a corrupt data mining company. I normally have all tracking and ads blocked plus use VPN. I turned that off for Swagbucks and never used it while an account holder. You should be protecting your identity online and your finances rather than being exploited or put at risk of harm. I have since gone back to track/ad blocking and using VPN because I have had companies that were hacked/breached before. Hopefully Trustpilot does not delete my review. They have said before that my low star reviews violate their TOS also and I am not even sure how. I am not using all caps or obscenities even. Seems like customer service everywhere has been going down hill.

Prodege is the owner of Inbox Dollars

Prodege is the owner of Inbox Dollars. They are trying to remove a review I submitted on their poor business practices. Inbox Dollars customer service and member support has gone way down since they were acquired by Prodege in 2019. I guess the parent company doesn't want to be associated with the ill behaved child that belongs to them.

The company is a scam! They forced me to complete offers for which I was supposed to be paid and then they hid. I have tried many times to contact them but they never answer. In short, the junkies just scammed me and stole money from me!

Well I’ll start by saying I initially…

I wanna say this is for SWAGBUCKS ONLY I DUNNO ABOUT THE OTHERS BUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH SWAGBUCKS ALONE WENT AS FOLLOWS
Well I’ll start by saying I initially started this account because the extra cash, so I did any and all activities possible to get the credit , the first problem I noticed is I would complete surveys and they have a initial screener to see if ur qualified well I would get qualified the survey length would say 25 mins and you get 150sb , I understand if u don’t qualify whatever but if I make it past the screener and the total time for survey is 25 mins and I’m answering questions for 21 minutes, and mind u I screenshot the percentage bar will say 95% then it boots saying u didn’t qualify no it’s a scam they got what they wanted didn’t pay, I forgot it I then started signing up for numerous deals like upgrade you open new account deposit 25$ and get a debit card it’s 10000 sb another one neighbor it’s 8000 pts well I completely did it and sadly I didn’t document but from then i started screenshot and having proof so I had documented proof they owed me 18000 sb and all a sudden they close my account saying I violated terms no they are scamming people and it’s not fair , it’s crazy I could see if I was breaking rules not doing right I spent my money and now I’m just out the money this company is wrong either it’s the actual person behind the computer on a power trip or it’s the company cause there were some really helpful customer service
