Productive Avis 

Great practice & agency management software. To have project management, documentation, time tracking, forward planning, invoicing, forecasting and sales in one solution is fantastic. There is a very responsive support and development team, who are responsive to feature requests and bug fixes. Highly recommend.

Productive has completely changed the way our team works. Being able to constantly monitor productivity, capacity, and profitability within one platform has given us the ability to make fast and effective decisions daily.

Customer support has always been top-tier and the product is constantly improving with greater stability and enriching new features.

We are a small Website Development team who works remotely. We consolidated five systems into one with Productive.io and have found our organization and productivity have increased. It's easy to know where everything is at all of the time. Their customer service is top notch.

Disappointing piece of software. They promise a whole lot of reporting functionality, but really they have no clue what they are doing with the data - hence, provides no value at all for their customers. The product management end of the product works fine, of you dont need the insights.

A cheap and less "productive" copy of Monday.
We were using Monday before making a shift to Productive, it was a bad idea, this is way less intuitive and efficient.

Really amazing product. Brings it all together for a consultancy to get in with doing business. Highly recommended.

It is CHEAP for a reason!

Great pitch and claims made us think that this could be a replacement/upgrade to the incumbent piece of software to run our agency.

The price point was a concern (seemed too cheap), the level of price questioned the viability of the claims.

We trialled two seats for two members of the team to assess the platform. It was clear that it was not what it seemed.

Support claimed that they had no records of our requests to cancel (yet we had email screen shots...) Does this brings into question the data protection levels?

We are talking small amounts here, but the effort was consuming.

Productive is the best tool we've ever seen for working in an agency - it does it all. We would like to see some more development on the pre-sales components (e.g. tracking time against a deal for true profit calculations) but in fairness, these are listed on the roadmap. In the meantime, there are regular feature releases and the support is top-notch -- instant replies and knowledgeable to boot. Implementing Productive has been one of the biggest transformations in our agency.

Productive success team is great, always available for any of our questions and opened points, they are quite quick with replies and out effort to understand our needs. Delivery is sometimes late in case dev team is involved (for custom features like invoice pdfs).

Regarding application there seems to be new features like documents which we do not find helpful, but the ones that would be helpful and seems to be simple enough like bar-code on the invoice are not yet implemented.

Useless piece of software. They promise a lot, but it turns out that the software actually cannot solve the reporting needs that they promise.

We are a 22 man agency, and have been working with a simple consultancy based model where we sell our time at a rate to a number of different clients. This is a calculation of 5 cells in a spreadsheet, but cannot be made in Productive. Their consultants cannot either explain their own take on running an agency business. Now after 5 hours of crisis meetings with their development team, they have come to acknowledge that their logic is off. Updates will follow.
