This is a scam company and sells inferior products.
This so call all vision glasses they advertise on YouTube, who should also be held accountable for allowing such shonky company to advertise on the platform. Even after many negative reviews on trust pilot they are still advertising on YouTube.. pull your head in YouTube.
They kept giving me the run around for my refund and finally I wrote to the service email with no response.
This is unethical practices, false advertising and a total scam. May Cathy, from service have a fine lunch on me from my refund. May karma get your business and it will.

I did a comparison with I select on health insurance and talked to Mitchell who was incredibly caring and helpful his customer service was second to none he wasn't able to find a better health fund than the one we have And he recommended we stay on same plan

I'm normally an XL/38 in all pants/underwear, but went larger to 3XL based on wanting a comfy boxer-fit like in the Ares adverts.
I tried one pair (over an XL fit pair of clean jocks just in case) and it was clear that these are not appropriately sized and closer to a Large in international standard sizing. Sizing needs a review as these are at least 2 sizes off the mark.

I immediatly messaged Ares, followed up twice more and got no responses forcing me to file a PayPal dispute 8 days later.

Avoid this dodgy seller that does not stand by their own guarentees and refund policy.

Productreview.com.au enables fraudsters to leave reviews, without adequate verification processes. It is a website that allows dishonest people with ill intent, to leave reviews to try to claim free goods from small Australian business'. The small Australian business' don't have the capital to pay the fee productreview.com.au expect the small business to pay them, just to be able to post a reply to the defamatory review. This in unjust and un-Australian. Do not trust this website.

Ancestry offers a service for which you provide the bulk of the information. Various (hints) are offered - peppered- on you to pay for additional information over the three months you wait for DNA analysis. Most of these hints are baseless. You get nothing more than an airy fairy analysis on where your family may have come from. Surprise surprise none of them come from the USA where all the hints of who your historical relatives are. An Australian company would be prosecuted for claiming money without providing information promised. Cannot provide a date as was over an extended period

instant refund of 45% (37.78 usd) of the whole order - 70% of the whole value, which amounts to 58.78 usd.
I want 100% refund and paid return post for the product.
The whole experience has been very distressing and continues to be so.

Denied a temu review because I used the word 'crap'! I use this word again to describe product review.

I received text from uber indicating that a car required had arrived. I indicated that I have never used uber for transportation. To my shock I than received a fee for not cancelling my trip in their required time… further I paid a membership fee over one month ago in January of $96 that gives discount on (uber eats) but when ordering today no discount was applied. When I tried to ring their help line a voice message indicating that they would not talk to me because I was not a member. Seems that Uber has a glitch in their system… can someone help from their help line

Plumber came to unblock my drainpipes from General home Services, arrive Saturday lunchtime, half did the job and said his machine stopped working and someone else will have to come out Monday Arvo to finish off. Charged me half the price on the Saturday for half unblocking the pipes. The next plumber came on the Monday and straight away told me that my pipes had co-lapsed, showed me on the camera. Then told me it was a major job costing around $7000. Wanted a Deposit straight away, silly me gave him$1000. Something felt off so I did some digging and found some reviews that weren't good. So I called someone else out and they put a camera down my pipes and told me there was nothing wrong with them.
I think they thought because I was a women, I wouldn't check, but I did. I asked for my money back and was told they had to get permits for the job and there was no money left. I asked for the permits that they said they got, and they sent me an E-mail stating that it was PVC protection permit. Doubt that. Please everyone make sure you don't get stung like me.

Red smoke alarms.

After one smoke detector was continually alarming I contacted RED. Who told me they can alarm with humidity or dust or insects.
They've sent out the Pro version which looking back, should have been installed initially as it's far superior. I've also added a heat alarm to the system.
So hopefully we won't have any more false alarms.

3/01/2026 I ordered 7 days free trial AI translation application. At the same day I cancelled subscription and not reviewed.
After in February I was charged $7.99 for not using application.
There is big unfair!!! Lido I tried make complaint, but website was blocked for this issue.
There is not big money, but very bad!!!

Unsure what has happened to their site. I really like the concept and have used it in the past. I have tried to review some items recently on the site and it doesn't go through, just glitches and wipes my input.

I purchase tineco vacuum s9 from Harvey Norman it worth every dollar I paid it cleans very good I'm verey happy .

I purchased a ‘Ring Video Doorbell’ through EBay recently and had a happy experience with it, very reliable and easy to set up…After a few months I was told I need to subscribe $50 a year if I wish to see who comes to my front door! This fee was never advertised as a must do after using the doorbell for 6 months and as an octogenarian I feel quite ripped off now having to pay $50 a year on top of my original not cheap purchase! So unless I want to just use it as a doorbell only I have to pay $50 a year! Which isn’t a great expense but a hidden one for a very old 81 year old pensioner purchaser like me!

I moved into my apartment just over a year ago. The building itself was barely two years old, so all appliances, including my integrated Miele dishwasher, were still relatively new.

A couple of months ago, the dishwasher suddenly broke down. Unfortunately, it had only been out of warranty for about two months. When I contacted Miele, I was disappointed to be told that I would need to pay an exorbitant call-out fee just to have someone inspect the machine.

Instead, I organised for a more affordable independent technician to assess it. The diagnosis was that the motherboard needs replacing, a major repair that is so costly it’s actually cheaper to buy a brand-new dishwasher.

Given the age of the appliance, this is extremely disappointing. You expect far better longevity and reliability from a premium brand like Miele. I also felt the company could have been far more proactive or goodwill-driven in offering support, especially given the machine had only just fallen out of warranty.

Very disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing Miele again.

Product never received. Being supposedly delivered by Australia Post and returned to sender because not at home, you would have received the product back. No refund, no redelivery. Shonky business, will never deal with these thieves again. Hoping on hope you choke on the $1000 ,and your family enjoys the cancer your cursed with now.

Everything Keratin - website is a scam. It’s not Australian and products are not what they say they are. Expired and not sealed products at an expensive price ticket.

Anyone buying online from SHEIN I would think twice due to incompetence of delivery of goods
