Reliant on Intense Sales pitch leveraging NLP to pressure sell Sales course content that can be secured from any other sales academy at a fraction of the price but with genuine & original content.

Actual course content is plagiarised, rebadged and sold at a premium.

Cerifications promised and paid for, were delayed with excuses and for never materialise.

Assigned account manager is little more than a glorified upselling sales representative.

Raising concerns are fumbled along for months, passed from one office clerk to another and finally negated and declined with highlighted small print "sold as seen & no refunds ever"

Learned more from attending Toastmasters for 6 weeks than attending PP Academy for 6 months and learned that everything PPA teach is freely available on Youtube.

What you will learn is how to evade taxes and swindle others out of their hard earned savings.

I did Kevin McDonnells NO MONEY DOWN TRAINING and it was amazing, inspirational and I left with a whole lot of knowledge I never would have known.

I am writing this to warn others about the lack of ethics at Progressive Property Ventures LLP and Property Wealth System.
Having previously suffered a stroke, I still struggle with significant cognitive challenges and issues with concentration and memory.

Despite this, I was swept up in the "hype" and high-pressure environment of a PWS 3-day seminar and was induced into paying £18,960 for their ‘Professional Package.’
It quickly became clear that due to the long-term effects of my stroke, I am physically and mentally unable to engage with the training, online courses, or mentoring.

I have received no value for this life-changing sum of money. Aside from a few group Zoom calls, the company has not had to provide any of the 1-to-1 mentoring, Strategy Imple-mentor classes or "on the job" training I paid for.
When I reached out to explain my medical situation and request a refund, I was met with total indifference:

Property Wealth System (Caroline) claimed she no longer had "ties" to the company that took the money.

Progressive Property Ventures LLP (the "back-office" entity that actually processed the payment) flatly refused to refund me.

They are effectively sitting on nearly £19,000 for services they have not—and will not—deliver, knowing full well that my medical condition prevents me from moving forward.
I'm even happy to pay a reasonable "admin fee" to settle this fairly, but they have never offered this solution.

These companies project a friendly image to get you to open your wallet, but they have shown a complete lack of care for a student’s well-being or medical reality.

Their refusal to refund money for services not rendered to a person in my position is, in my opinion, predatory and heartless.

Shaun is a great asset to this company. He made on-boarding completely stress free even though there were technical hiccups
