Promotion Products Avis

I was originally asked by the company to write a positive review after purchasing one product as the customer service manager would receive a reward if his name was mentioned.

After using company multiple times I would no longer use their products.

We needed some items by a due date and were guaranteed that we would receive in time. They were not delivered in time, we were advised in writing that the error was in their factory for writing down the wrong date. When we disputed the invoice we were told it was a shipping error and they cant control shipping.

Terrible service would not use again.

Carla and the team at Promotion Products were amazing to work with! The service was fast and easy, and they were able to help make our merchandise vision come to life.

Would definitely use their services again!

Great to work with and good communication. Highly recommend

A big THANK YOU to Michelle and the team at Promotional Products. Our requested products are always of excellent quality and delivered in a timely manner. Michelle, our account manager, is always contactable and very helpful in making our ideas come to life! We can't wait to see what we'll make next!

Working with Carla was great, she gave great suggestions and we were extremely happy with the finished product.

Michelle at Promotion Products looked after our order from the first inquiry to delivery. We were looking for Expo giveaways and she help us select the perfect products for our target audience. The products are exactly what we wanted, all thanks to her suggestions. We loved them so much we are just completing another order 10 fold! Thank you for all your support Michelle.

I contacted Promotion Products chasing some customised keyrings. Emma helpd me with the design process which was a great help as i would have had it wrong otherwise. There was a slight delay in getting the goods dispatched but Emma kept me informed so it was never an issue. Keyrings arrived and they looked better than expected. Ill definitely use this company again.

I had a great experience working together with promotion products. The team was super helpful and quick in replying to create a really nice branded product. I can highly recommend working with promotion products and will go back to the company for future orders.

Michelle is always quick responding to my requests. No job big or small and the service provided by Michelle & Promotion Products is always outstanding. Always a pleasure to work with.

Promotion Products was absolutely amazing. We required x400 bottle openers within 2.5 weeks. Promotion Products was able to get this to us much with no hassle at all. Specifically, Michelle, was so kind to make this process so much more smoother. Thanks Michelle, you are an asset to your team!

Michelle Emslie, one of the Account Managers has been fantastic to deal with, very professional and always responds in a timely manner. We have placed 2 separate orders over the past couple of months and on both occasions have been impressed with her attention to detail, especially with her guidance on artwork, etcWe will definately use the company again for any future promotional material

Michelle was super helpful in deciding how to promote my business with the cosmetic bag. The final product looks professional and amazing! I couldn’t be happier with it.

Steven Cronin has been a super star account manager, always turning around quotes on short lead times.

Carla Humphreys has been amazing to deal with in ordering our products. she is thorough, knowledgeable, professional and made the entire process from ordering to receiving a great experience. this is why i am now going to contact Carla for any promotional products we require moving forward. i have also recommended your company and Carla to friend.
the quality of the product is great. all our customers and staff love drinking out of the mugs we purchased.

Carla was excellent, went beyond to help us get our merchandise on time. I would recommend and intend to use them for additional companies that i also look after.

Promotion Products is our go to for branded products. We are an Independent Optometry practice, we give our patients a branded note pad and pen with our logo when they collect their glasses, and our patients love them. We have also had branded Hand Sanitiser, Umbrella's and drink bottles. We have built a great relationship with Lauren, she understands our branding and recommends the perfect products that suit our business needs. Turn around time is very quick and the products that we have received are of great quality. I couldn't recommend Promotion Products highly enough!

Michelle Emslie has been an absolute treat to deal with, from our very first enquiry to our last order with her only recently. She keeps us up to date throughout the whole process and is prompt to make sure that all our questions and requests are seen to in a professional manner. Thanks Michelle - we appreciate your hard work and the ease of service you provide!
