My toothbrush charger stopped working after just under 3 years use (2 year warranty) Emailed Proofvision explaining i was disappointed and could they not send a replacement as a goodwill gesture, to my surprise they agreed. New item just arrived, they just asked that i sent the old one back, they supplied a return bag at there cost. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you Proofvision.👍🏻

Single Tooth Brush charger failed after a year and was replaced promptly and efficiently.

Bought wireless toothbrush charger form Toolstation, it worked once, overheated then failed. The 2-pin socket worked ok, but not the docking bit. Returned it to Toolstation, no apology, he just stood there inspecting it and gave me a refund. Over-rated product and wouldn't attempt buying again.

Had an issue with the cover and rang Proofvision to order a replacement. Replacement received in 48 hours and no charge.
Great service, extremely helpful people and the product is excellent as well.

Bought expensive almost £80 toothbrush charger in January 2023. Like others on this site it has completely failed after just over 3 years. Goods should be of satisfactory quality, durable and last a reasonable length of time under UK consumer protection law, which gives statutory protection up to 6 years. Proofvision seem to feel that a manufacturer guarantee overides their statutory legal responsibility to consumers. Venita stating unable to help as outside the 2 year warranty.
Given other people complaining about similar failures there is clearly a quality and durability issue... Avoid di not buy you may be wasting your cash.

Proofvision toothbrush charger with socket. Two units have failed in the last 18 months. On both occasions the toothbrush charger failed but the socket still works, suggesting the coil in the toothbrush charger has burnt out, but that the transformer is ok. I am now looking for an alternative more reliable make.

Beautiful picture absolutely no flat, great sound quality. I would highly recommend.

Our Duel toothbrush stopped working one month before the end of the two year warranty. I sent an email Friday evening and had a response by 10am on Monday saying a replacement will be sent out.

New unit received FOC on the Thursday so sorted in 4 working days.

I had to contact ProofVision and as we bought a double electric toohbrush charger in January 2024. After 18m one side overheated abs stopped working - ProofVision have been great resolving the problem and sent me a replacement very swiftly with no fuss.

Toolstation also responded - but Proof sion had already sorted.

There was a fault with a charger. Contacted ProofVision. They were back to me the next day offering a replacement, which they shipped the very same day. Quite amazing customer service - honestly, best I’ve ever know.

Our toothbrush charger stopped working and although we did not know from our bathroom fitter that it came with a guarantee, Venetia was only too willing to help me as I was able to send her my receipt. The return of the faulty charger and the replacement one were handled with such helpfulness and efficiency by Venetia. Thank again

I had a new bathroom installed in 2021. Along with the bathroom I had installed a Proofvision toothbrush charger (single).This has now completely packed up. The wiring is good and there is power to the charger. So after around 30 months of light use it has given up the ghost. I contacted Proofvision (Venita) just to see if they would do me a discount on a new unit. The warranty is only for 2yrs and I was outside of that but i nevertheless thought it was a reasonable request. No such luck. I wouldn’t recommend these chargers. I think it’s a bit hit and miss as to whether you get one that lasts any length of time. In addition I don’t think the customer service from Proofvision is any good. I believed mine was a reasonable request. I wasn’t looking for a free replacement at the end of the day. I’ve given 2 stars instead of one because at least the company replied to me same day, albeit they declined to help.

I have four wall mounted toothbrush chargers installed in my home. I experienced a problem with a couple of these. Although they were over two years old, I contacted the customer service team, they decided to refund me and reassuringly, wanted to inspect the faulty product to establish the cause.

I had a problem with a combined toothbrush and shaver charger which failed within a year of installation. I contacted Proofvision and was very impressed by their quick and professional response (from Venita), A replacement item was received within a few days as promised on the agreed date. Great service.

I bought and installed a ProofVision toothbrush charger and within about a year it has stopped working.

I left a negative review this morning which was responded to by ProofVision - I have now checked and can see that they did reply and the email went into my spam, which I should have checked.

Proofvision offered to replace the faulty unit. Please accept my apologies for the bad review and thank you for getting back to me, 1* lost due to the item stopping working after only a year but otherwise I'm happy with the resolution.

Excellent customer service, if you have a problem they will take care of it. Highly recommended
