Alan has gone above and beyond to help me with my pest situation. My tenants are now happy thanks to him - he’s professional and efficient.

Alan was superb! We needed some help and advice and nowhere we had tried were able to fix the problem. That was until Alan got involved - he knew exactly what the issue was and suggested the solution, which I am happy to say worked. I would recommend Alan and his Team, they really have expertise needed to get rid of your pest problems.

We Googled the problem (a mouse had been found in our property, which I had never, in my 49 years of living in the property, ever seen before) and these people came up.
I thought that £120 for a mouse problem was a bit steep but I wanted the mouse gone!
The technician turned up a few hours later and after a brief look in the kitchen said he saw a hole under one of the cupboards and this is where the mouse had entered the property from! He didn't check any of the other rooms in our property but put poison down in the kitchen and living room (where the mouse had been seen) He also put down these sticky boards outside the living room door, which he said if the mouse left the room it would get caught on the sticky boards. He said he'd return to check the poison traps after 10 days.
The mouse was caught on the sticky board and my husband got rid of him in a humane fashion. I let the technician know but still expected him to make sure that there would be no more issues with other mice getting into the property as part of the £120 service. But when I rang to make another appointment for him to return they tried to charge me another £120 for the technician to return. I thought that was out of order considering he'd been at our property for about 10 minutes and had done very little other than putting down poison and sticky boards. I think this is just a way to make a load of money at the expense of worried customers especially as we could hardly afford it in these difficult cost of living times! It was my understanding that the technician would check the property to see where this mouse could have entered and close off any entrances as well as if possible, make an effort to catch the culprit, but none of this was done! I really don't think this is value for money.
Now I sit there worried that another mouse or mice will make their way into our property and we have to spend a fortune, again, to get rid of them, or is that the point?

Up-date on my review of Protech Pest Solutions:
Upon reading my review I was contacted by the company, who apologised for the service I'd received saying: It wasn't the excellent service they prided themselves on. I was given a free follow-up appointment for the remedial work to be completed. This was gratefully received and an appointment was booked. The technician arrived today and done the extra work needed, which would have cost us an extra £120.00 (money we just could not afford!)
I now feel more relaxed in my home with the knowledge that no more mice were found in the traps set down and the hole in our kitchen has now been blocked off.

Wonderful job from the team at Protech Solutions, Alan in particular helped us understand if we were having a flea infestation and through his lab partners identified exactly what we were dealing with (not fleas).
