Got the carbon front lip for my RS6 C7 (4G 13-18) and it's been on for a few weeks now. Fitment was surprisingly good straight out of the box, took maybe an hour to install with no cutting or adjustments. The carbon itself looks the real deal — proper weave, clean edges, nothing like the cheap stuff you usually find floating around.
Had one question before ordering about whether it'd work with my facelift model, messaged them and got a reply the same day. Shipping was fast, showed up well packed with zero damage.
Happy with it. Would order from them again.

Poor customer service, gives you pure attitude and still need wait for the item to arrive let's hope its better than his attitude

I ordered an MTech copy front bumper for a BMW E28. When the bumper arrived:
1. It was damaged
2. The finish was substandard, several areas were delaminating and the surface in other areas had defects
3. The covers which were meant to fit over the tow eye holes were too small (or the holes too big)

I referred this back to Protuning who initially offered a small refund, which would not have covered the repair costs, and would not have solved the problem of the tow eye covers.
I once again approached them and was told that this was not an original part and as such I should expect some defects!
They offered a larger refund but when I said I wanted to return the defective item as no amount of refund would solve the underlying poor quality of the product they went silent.
I had to involve PayPal in the resolution process and after several refusals of refund offer I finally extracted the full purchase price of the defective item from the supplier, however I still had to pay for international shipping to return the item before they would issue the refund.
All this took nearly 2 months to resolve.
If suppliers can't produce items which are fit for purpose, don't offer them for sale.
And, if it is your fault that the item is defective own up and assume the responsibility, including return costs.

Het moet gezegd in mijn vorige auto heb ik ook een dashcam laten plaatsen door ProCar tuning en toen was er geen vuiltje aan de lucht.
De keuze was dan ook snel gemaakt voor mijn huidige auto.
Het was augustus 2023 en er werd een dashcam in mijn huidige auto ingebouwd. Dik €1000 maar ach ik rij veel, ooit komt hij van pas. In november begon de dashcam al te haperen. Doorlopend opnieuw opstarten. Daar word je tureluurs van dus stekker eruit. Ergens in november een afspraak gemaakt, tijd voor gereserveerd maar helaas geen enkel resultaat. In de winter zitten we in het buitenland dus in het voorjaar weer een afspraak, helaas zonder resultaat. En zo volgde er nog twee afspraken. Ondertussen heeft het me meer omzetderving gekost dan de hele dashcam ooit heeft gekost. Nog los van alle tijd, ergernis etc.

Wat nog het meest stuitend is wat mij betreft is de totale desinteresse, in ieder geval de uitstraling daarvan bij de monteur. Ik snap dat het irritant dat zo’n ouwe zeur 5 x terugkomt maar laat het niet zo blijken.

Enfin toen ik op het einde de autosleutel in mijn handen kreeg was de conclusie: ik hoop dat hij het doet. Het mag duidelijk zijn dat ik meteen nattigheid voelde. Ik ging voor: het probleem is opgelost of we hebben iets vervangen en nu moet het opgelost zijn. Maar helaas …. Ik kreeg: ik hoop dat hij het doet.

Nou de hoop was onterecht…..
ongetwijfeld kunnen ze van alles bij Procar tuning maar als het tegen zit “hopen” ze dat je vanzelf afhaakt.

De volgende dag nog gebeld maar niets meer gehoord. Ik beschouw de €1000 maar als weggegooid geld en ben weer een les wijzer.

Bestelling gedaan, via klantendienst vernomen dat er 2 maand vertraging zat op artikel, geen probleem meneer, we betalen u terug... 5 dagen later geld terug op de rekening, perfect!!

The rudest man i have ever dealt with on ebay, advised me about have i been taking my pills, said he wasnt bothered about bad reviews, he gets enough daily sales to not care, customer service and the way he treats his customers is disgusting. DO NOT GO NEAR UNLESS YOU WANT INSULTING. Also brags that he's rich any way... comments copied from his replies( I have so many sales per day, that I do not care.)

pedido recibido parcialmente, aunque pagado integralmente por adelantado.
calidad de los productos baja: fibra de vidrio de mala calidad y acabado muy pobre.
cancelaron el otro producto que había pedido a la vez que el primero sin avisar, y al menos, me devolvieron lo pagado.
me querían cobrar más portes (2 veces).
llamadas por teléfono, y distintos emails intentando incluso pagar parte de los portes para enviarme los productos no recibidos no hicieron nada.
atención comercial muy mala.
