I was generally happy with the service…
I was generally happy with the service I received, however the only thing that let it down was when I got I the car back it was showing a tyre pressure system fault. I was assured by the branch that, this might reset itself after 10 mins driving however this as not been the case. I was told to bring it bring back to the branch if it did not reset, however I will let my mechanic sort it out, since I also need a wheel alignment adjusting bolt eased. Would have been nice if the car had been returned to me in the condition I gave it to them, and not in a condition where it might improve after 10 mins driving. Not sure I would use this branch again and take it to Micheldever instead and see how they perform.

Great service at short notice
Needed emergency tyre change due to blowout on A303. First place I called (named for a racing series) were useless, couldn't care less I was stranded on the hard shoulder, tried to book me in for the day after and told me "no-one in the area will have any slots today" (!)
Fortunately Protyre were great- gave good instructions on the phone for how to find them, and got me in for a slot within the hour. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, couldn't ask for more
