Work on my car done to same great standard as normal, fitted me in the following day for 2 tyres at short notice. Excellent service as usual. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Despite making a reservation I was an hour and a half having a single tyre replaced that had a puncture.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Informed me in advance about my MOT to be rescheduled due to technical issues.

I visited the garage for a pre booked MOT and was served at the reception desk by a man whose manner I felt was rude and unhelpful. This really detracted from the overall experience. The man was also rude to a fellow colleague who worked in the garage and was politely waiting for him to finish on his computer and then assist me. He spoke to him in front of me in a belittling way which was uncomfortable. Because of the discourteous and challenging manner I wouldn’t recommend the garage to anyone.

Protyre Banbury carried out my MOT and advised, but didn’t push, new tyres.
I went ahead with the suggested tyres and the job was done swiftly and without fuss!
I will use them again
