The staff at Protyre in Beccles, Suffolk could not have been any more helpful or efficient. Following an easy on-line booking experience, we were looked after by friendly staff the following day, and our new battery was fitted very quickly and on time.

Whenever I have problems with my car…
Whenever I have problems with my car they are always there to help. I am always treated with understanding and always told any problems bring it back. I had a flat tyre recently and popped in at 5pm and even though they were busy they checked my tyre and replaced it.

Saved me again
Saved me again! I had a problem with one of my rear brakes locking on . The staff at Protyre managed to sort the problem out with very short notice as I needed the car for an urgent hospital appointment the following day.
I have always found them really helpful and they do a good job. You also get to speak to the person who has done the work which is ideal .
I would recommend them .
