Overall your service was good
Overall your service was good. The operatives I spoke to at Billingham were excellent. The only downside was the tyres I had fitted, were not delivered for the appointment time. I subsequently had to re attend the same day. Disappointing, these things happen.

Brake and tyre check
Booked in for a brake and tyre check came back as I expected. Very friendly team and manager is super helpful. Was great to have an emailed report which was very detailed and gave me an indication of how much wear I have in each element of the car checked over.

My first experience on Friday 21st…
My first experience on Friday 21st wasn’t good as they told me first come first served which didn’t happen. I have been back today with a puncture and it was very good seen to straight away.
So happy and will be back again ( hopefully not too soon).
