Tracking
I had my tracking done on the front tyres and, to be honest, it drove worse than before you touched it. There was a pronounced pull towards the kerb. When I went back to get it corrected you couldn't fit me in for a number of days. I didn't pursue it further in the end because I sold the car.

WARNING, dont agree a price over the phone

I also miss-understood on the phone the actual work to be done was more than the work you did!
ie-rear anti roll bar and rear sub frame.

They put the new tyre on the wrong…
They put the new tyre on the wrong wheel and finally forgot to replace the plastic nut caps, never to be seen again. They are a bunch of amateurs and I definitely will not use this company again.

Damage to inside of alloy with tyre change, wasn’t told.
Noticed damage to the inside of the alloy after having two tyres changed recently. Deep scratches were near to where new weights had been fitted. Shame as I’ve used previously for other services (aircon) and have been happy with the experience. More annoyed they didn’t just own up to damaging it.
