No point in booking
Booked car in for two replacement tyres waited two hours even though booked in to finally be seen. Car seat had been pumped up and re positioned not back to how I left it,
Very disappointed customer care seems to have been taken over again not like it used to be :(

Fast, good price & great service
Checked all tyres, moved 1 from front to back to balance them which meant only 2 new tyres required instead of 3/4.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and I always have all my tyres replaced at Protyre and have done for the past 25 years. Nikki was particularly helpful when I was in last week which was much appreciated thanks.

Efficient and welcoming
Answered phone call quickly and stated they h ad the appropriate tyre in stock.
When I arrived the car was quickly taken away and tyre fitted efficiently.
