This depot runs so well under Charlie's stewardship, it is organised and everyone is looked after. The team members are all occupied and do a professional job. All I can say really, apart from please get the vending machine back in action ;-)

Outstanding
Took booking with very little notice around Christmas and were v efficient.

Up selling beware.
Job was booked for my daughters car whilst the tyre replacement was fine an attempt to up sell front pads and discs led to me making an unwarranted 20 mile journey over to inspect the brakes which as expected were no more than 50% worn! As a retired engineer this behaviour annoys me and ultimately loses custom.

Got me in before my appointment- fast…
Got me in before my appointment- fast and efficient and good price on tyres and made use of half price alignment- will be using again in the New Year for 2 more tyres.

Helpful and hassle free
Can’t complain with their service, fair price and hassle free. Had issues with a bmw 30-40 miles post service. Contacted ProTyre who got us in the next day despite the backlog to check their work.
No defensive attitudes, they checked their work and diagnosed the issue with little fuss and which proved the issue was indeed a pure coincidence and no fault of the service.
Happy with the experience and would recommend.

Already got 2 tyres from them but thanks to a pot hole, needed to change the remaining ones within 2 weeks - they were happy to fit me in at the last minute at the end of a long day - brilliant!

Terrible Garage
Had to give star one to write a review ,I wouldn’t give them any stars .Took a 2 year old tyre into protyre Devizes yesterday for a puncture repair 10 minutes later they rang me to say I needed a new tyre as it was perished couldn’t believe it knew it wasn’t as worked in garages for 33 years and would definitely have noticed took it to another tyre place and they repaired without question they also couldn’t believe what I had been told I think being an older person they thought they could rip me off awful
