I ordered a tyre online and got an appointment for the following afternoon, I arrived for my appointment but unfortunately my tyre hadn't arrived. I sat watching TV and drinking free coffee waiting for my tyre, but unfortunately it was really late. The manager put a more expensive tyre on my car so I wasn't waiting any longer and only charged me for the budget tyre I'd ordered. Excellent customer service 👏.

Amazing and very fast service
Amazing and very fast service. I was given great advice about how to get my car to the garage (with a slow puncture)
When it arrived they took care of us, gave us drinks while we waited and then fixed my car for the most affordable price.
They could have charged me for a new tyre but didn’t.
The knowledge is always top notch and they always get me in quickly.

My car had its MOT and needed new tyres, which were booked in to do a couple of days later. As always everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and always offer a variety of appointments. They always tell you exactly what you need to have done and why and if possible offer different prices (tyres) so you can keep things as affordable as possible. I fully recommend the Fareham garage to others.
