Friendly welcome. Efficient service and completed task on time. (And they kept my car overnight when I wasn't able to pick it up the same day.)

Limited Stock Online
Wasn’t able to pre-order the tyres I wanted as limited stock. Attended the garage and they could not order. They helped identify alternatives brands in stock and fitted. Unfortunately missed out on the online savings as purchased on site.

I turned up 8.20am panicking with a Coolant Warning light.. he very kindly checked it and replenished it before opening time. Thank you once again it was very decent of you and I really appreciate your very kind service

Tyre Pressure monitoring system reset issue
I had four new tyres fitted and then had an issue with the car's TPMS warning light. The fitter at Protyre Dunmow was very helpful when I brought the car back to have the tyre pressures checked. His name was Henry and he checked the new tyre pressures for me which were all correct and advised me that the the TPMS system should reset itself after driving the car for an hour or so. It did reset as he had advised me. I would use Protyre again.

Friendly bunch
Friendly bunch, especially Henry and George, it was the first working day back after Christmas, so I expected an issue with stock or not booking. I walked in - with a puncture, it was repairable for about £30 - no upsell pressure. I had a nice chat and a coffee with Henry and George, whilst the technicians sorted out the puncture.
