Very professional service
I booked Mot. My car pass. I give 5 star review because while I waited for my car, I heard how staff spoke with unhappy customer that had problems with the car. It was explained very well together with the costs of parts and time working on the car. Very good customer approach and service. I highly recommend.

Professional at Protyre.
I made two purchases online and arrived at Protyre, Guildford, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or more polite. On my second visit on Saturday 19th September, i was straight away informed that there would be a bit of a delay until my car was seen and this was perfectly acceptable. Staff kept me up to date and i was offered a coffee from the vending machine, which i accepted, i was in no hurry for once. I felt that the tyres i purchased were fairly priced and that the service i received, on both visits, was excellent.

Fantastic service all round
Fantastic service all round. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice waiting area with comfy sofas and tea and coffee available. Car was put through its MOT on time and passed with no advisories. I even managed to get it booked in for a Saturday morning at short notice. I highly recommend Protyre Guildford to everyone. I know where i will be going from now on for tyres,MOT, etc etc. 10 out of 10 all day long.

Took Volvo XC90 in as they were open on a bank holiday.
Great very friendly and helpful staff had a new tyre fitted which they got in for me due to screw in side wall They then suggested tracking which was well worth it as the car feels totally different, as it needed correction . It now drives perfectly even though it’s only a year old !

They helped me, but they tried to overcharge for alignment
They asked me to pay £120 for alignment... only for 2 wheels...60 for a wheel.. this price is ridiculous expensive, as I paid £45 a month ago at a different protyre shop. Alignment usually costs £50-£80...not more!
But the man have tried his chance to overcharge me and possibly many other customers.
