Ordered the tyres online and booked appointment. Staff rang to ask if I could come earlier. Good comms. Great service. Just wish the wheel alignment wasn't so expensive!!

My appointment was scheduled for 15.30
My appointment was scheduled for 15.30. I arrived at 15.00, rather than wait until my allotted time the lads said drive the car in, They started working there and then. The job was done one minute after the allocated time. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all the service was first rate.

Long waiting time
Had to wait 1 hour 10 mins just to have a tyre changed.
Should be a 15 min job.
Will never use this company again.
