I visited the Haverfordwest branch on 27/2/2026 for a four wheel alignment and initially one new tyre. My usual garage hadn't spotted the other front tyre was also on its way out, but this was picked up immediately by the young lad (sorry, I can't remember his name) who had an initial look at my car.
I have recently spent a small fortune on my car with my usual garage and I wasn't particularly looking forward to paying for even more work, so it really is a testament to the incredible staff at Haverfordwest that I left them feeling better than I had going in!
First I met Becky, and she was AMAZING. Calm, helpful, knowledgeable and able to sort me out with a same day appointment, which I was really grateful for. She also handled my small meltdown over the (totally reasonable, I was just smarting from all the other recent bills) bill for what needed to be done with grace and humour. An absolute peach of a woman. She also recommended I try the Deluxe Hot Chocolate from the machine and it was the best hot drink I have ever had that wasn't made by a human being. I would like to give Becky 10,000 stars.
I encountered Kath next, and she was also FABULOUS. Kath was reassuring, knowledgeable and kind (she even offered me some sweets, which she didn't have to do). I felt fully safe to hand my car over to her and I was grateful to have her professional input and advice regarding the vehicle, which she freely gave. What a legend!! I would like to give Kath 10,000 stars.
While I was waiting for the work to be done both Kath and Becky made me feel so welcome, and I enjoyed their company so much I really wished I worked at Protyre.
What an incredible pair of women you have there, Protyre Autocare. I really hope you appreciate them and the incredible work they do, not just on cars but on dealing with customers too.
If I could give really give them 10,000 stars, I would. I can't understand how anyone could ever give them less than 5 stars, as they clearly go above and beyond any and all expectations. I was a total stranger, not a known customer, and I have never been treated and dealt with so well.
BRAVO LADIES!! While I really, really don't want to spend any more cash on my car right now, if I have to I will be coming to you. And I'd just like to say, if you two were in charge of the world I think it would probably sort the whole planet right out. Just saying :-)

The staff are helpful, no judgement because I’m a middle aged woman. I have hearing loss, and they were very caring about how they could help me so I could hear them. I had no appointment, but was very concerned about my tyres. It was done that day whilst I waited, the cost was checked with me and I was given a financial choice, which meant I could choose what I can/ could afford. The receipt was very clear.
The only thing that got me annoyed was the bill was listed against the cost as The local Pool!? I even showed the pool reception as I don’t pay a member ship fee. They could not make sense of it either, then it hit hit me it’s the amount for my tyres, so I went back to them and said it’s my tyres. I was at Protyre, they’ve processed the payment under the pool,?

All in all the Haverfordwest branch of Protyre has it all.
Been going to this branch for years for the service and MOT’s for my Van and car.

As soon as you walk in your greeted with a smile from the front desk…. (I was served by Kathryn) she soon checked you in and offered you a coffee from the free premium coffee machine! #Fancy

Whilst the car was in for a check over, I opted to go out for a walk and a bite to eat. A few hours later I received a call from protyre stating the car was ready for collection.
I arrived back, had another bevvy from the coffee machine and was briefed from the staff about the service and MOT carried out.
I must admit, the detailed report they give you regarding tyre tread etc was nice to see!

All in all, I’d 100% recommend this branch, I felt my car was well looked after and the staff went above and beyond so thank you everyone at Haverfordwest Protyre!

Very friendly staff and willing to that extra mile to help.

Have used these for a number of years and find that the current manager/franchisee(?) is much more focussed on providing excellent customer service than previous incumbent. Would be 5 stars but for the cost of MOT and not sending me the quote to make good the identified advisories. Overall, would recommend and will continue to use.

Squeezed us in last minute on a Saturday - friendly, good value service in comfortable setting. Highly recommend.
