Outstanding help given !
I dropped into ProTyre on a trip to Leeds, where I suffered a puncture just short of my destination.
The staff gave my car an immediate diagnosis, checking the pressure in all tyres, and told me the front side driver’s side was my issue.
They were able to give me an accurate time for when they would have me back on the road, so as I was headed for somewhere a mile away, I left me car with them.
The repair was done as promised, and when I returned the job was completed. Extremely good value for money, and I was able to get back on the road to return home (some 90 miles away).
They helped turn a disastrous situation into one that made me do all the things I needed to achieve that day on my visit.
Excellent service !

Scammers / ripoff merchants
Called in today to have 4 new tyres fitted to my Porsche. Appointment was booked for 11am . Booked and paid on line. When I arrived at 10.50am I was informed that it would take 1.5 hours to 2 hours to fit my tyres. ( some what confused that it could take upto 2 hours to fit 4 tyres)
I was sitting in the waiting room and noticed that the fitter had replaced the two rear tyres and fitted both back on to my car with out balancing them . I asked the guy on reception why are they not balancing the wheels. He told me that the balancing machine was broken and waiting to be repaired. He tried to tell me that I hadn’t been charged for balancing when I had been charged for balancing. These guys are happy fitting over a £1000.00 worth of new tyres with out balancing. They will be fitting new tyres all day today / tomorrow to people’s car and changing their customers for it . Total scammers. Wouldn’t go near then again in a million years . Not happy, never going there again.

I parked out front and the chap in…
I parked out front and the chap in reception had noted my registration and had all the details ready to book me in.
I was quoted 40 minutes and the tyres were changed in that timeframe.
No hassle whatsoever and I will be happily book Protyre next time.

Nice car workshop
The reception guy was nice. He sufficiently explained the finishing time and work. The fitting work was finished within the given timeframe.
