Third year in a row it’s failed on the…
Third year in a row it’s failed on the cv boot clips and have paid to have new clips replace last year and the year before.around the same time an annoying rattle developed three years later after finally your company replaced the cv boots due to the hardness of the rubber guess what no more rattle thanks a million made up and more than please thankyou so much very professional 5stars well deserved.

Callum was given the task of changing a front tyre on my car. He carried out the work with great care and dedication. I used to train and access engineering apprentices for the nuclear industry. I was impressed with his skill and attitude to the job.

Protyre was recommended to me for their prompt, reliable and transparent service.
However, as an older woman, what was most refreshing, was not to be patronised and spoken to as though I couldn’t possibly understand what was being said to me.

Wheel alignment check & AC regas.
Wheel alignment check & AC regas was carried out.
Wheel alignment was found to be "In Spec", however upon looking at the printout it appears it is just about in spec. Ideally I'd like it spot on.
AC regas was carried out, guy who checked it in was quick to dismiss any ownership should a leak occur once regassed. Perhaps it was due to me having a groupon voucher?
I explained AC worked but felt it could be better.
Upon completion, I was told 410gms was recovered and refilled with 550gms, in excess of 20% shortfall.
AC does indeed blow cold now.
Customer facing skills could do with some work.
I appreciate some customers have no vehicle knowledge, but felt the way I was addressed was a bit blunt and dismissive (30+ yrs in the trade!)
