Customer service communication was instant after online buying of the service was completed. The service at the centre was excellent and completed on time without any issues. The staff were polite and welcoming. The three monthly instalments payment schedule for the service was highly appreciated.

He is not always able to get my brand tyre in however gets us in promptly to fit and does a complimentary health check.
Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand.

Incredibly service
The two gentlemen were incredibly cooperative, helpful, efficient and customer-oriented.
My booking was scheduled for 3:30pm, but I arrived much earlier than expected. They kindly accommodated me and arranged for the tyre replacement to be completed ahead of schedule.
Additionally, they were willing to provide a hard copy of the invoice upon request, a level of customer care that is becoming increasingly rare.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent customer service. I am very happy with the service provided.
