Exceptional, wvwn under pressure
The lads were clearly very busy with different customer demands and deadlines but they remained courteous, calm and helpful all the time. I can’t fault the service - it’s why I go back again and again because there is no other tyre place half as good!

While staff did there best they were…
While staff did there best they were clearly under staffed on the day. My appointment was showing the wrong time on their computer. Time was 30mins earlier than my email showed. So I arrived 15mins early to be told I was late. No ones fault but a computer glitch?

Excellent receptionist and service
The receptionist Kevin was as ever really helpful and informative. The car was completed as expected. He always keeps us informed if there are unexpected issues. Absolutely no complaints excellent service. We have used Protyre for years and always recommend them to friends.

On the day, the Customer Service was excellent
The level of customer service on the day was excellent. However, I want to reserve overall judgment about the job because I had exactly the same job done approximately 12 months ago, and I’m reliably informed it should be about 2 years before an Air Con Recharge is due again. This time I’ve kept the paperwork in case I need to return within the 2 year recommendations. To clarify, on the day the job was done this time, the overall service was excellent.
