Booked in quickly with ease, arrived at 9 am car was taken in for its check straight away and I was on my way with my aircon re gassed within the hour, free coffee too while I waited

I was hospitalised on the day of my MOT…
I was hospitalised on the day of my MOT and I rang to rearrange and they just were so helpful by saying just ring us when you're ready and we'll fit you in.
I managed to ring a week later and they got me in a few days later and sorted the car out quickly with what was needed to pass the MOT. Great service and thank you again.

Simon and his team are amazing, have used the branch numerous times and have found everyone so helpful. This time was for an MOT. Everything was explained, car appeared on TV, and was able to watch whole process from start too finish.

Not quite a pit stop
Booked a tyre change for 10.30am. Simon rang to explain tyres not in yet. (It happens). Phoned me at 12.40 to come in at 1pm. Turned up on time. Grabbed a nice coffee and waited 55mins to fit 2 tyres. Thought it would be quicker. The staff were pleasant though.

Not my best experience
I booked an appointment online, an hour before I was booked in they rang me to cancel the appointment. It was rearranged for the next day.
After having my wheels aligned I was half way home when I realised my steering wheel wasn't aligned correctly so I rang them, it took them 10 minutes to answer the phone and I had to go again the next day to fix the problem.
I will go elsewhere next time.

4 tyres fitted - good value
Had 4 tyres fitted which were good value with the promotional offer. Work was carried out at a time convenient to me and was finished promptly. My only complaint was there were oil marks on the wing, bonnet, doors and glass from the mechanics hands which was disappointing.

A great local garage I would recommend
I have been using Protyre including ( Barry & Wilkinson their previous name ) for over 16 years now, I always find them very accommodating and professional in their work. No one is 100% IMO so I give them 99% which is as good as it gets.
They have fair pricing on work done. Happy to recommend.
Recent repair work tested there resolve, I am sure, but they came through with flying colors. Thanks guys, much appreciated.
