Fantastic Service
Absolutely fantastic service as always! The staff are always so lovely, friendly and polite, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Had my tyres done and the whole process was really quick and efficient. I honestly can't fault them at all. It's always a pleasure dealing with them. Would highly recommend! 😊

My experience with Protyre Autocare - Rhyl was very good. Excellent service right from the beginning. My car was booked for a service and all my questions was answered and advice was given to me in a very professional, warm and friendly manner. I can with all honesty suggest them without any hesitation.
I'm happy with the service done and also had 4 new tyres fitted. Great and trouble free experience.

Awful customer service if the staff don't like you!!
I am giving one star for the service technician Kieren who did a great job fixing my car. Thank you Kieren.
I would definitely not use this business again,awful customer service "if your face doesn't fit!!!"
I just wish I had read previous customer reviews & taken the advice of those people & gone elswehere.
As I had expressed I wasn't happy to leave my car with them all day if my car would not be looked at until 2pm, the reception staff's attitude towards me changed & oh my word, did I pay for expressing my opinion!! I was left to sit in reception for 3 HOURS for a very small repair on my car, absolutely appalling. Several other customers came & went. By the time my car was ready to be driven home I was the only person still in the reception area. Shame on the staff!!

I have one word for this company.Brilliant.
I have one word for this company.. BRILLIANT. We had a blow out and just managed to find them near where we were. They helped on put the spare on and ordered a new tyre. Managed to turn us around faster than they said it would take. I highly recommend this company.

We took our Tesla with alignment…
We took our Tesla with alignment issues, we had two recommended tyres fitted (not the most expensive )staff extremely helpful and easy to commute with .. they made recommendations that were really helpful and would save us money with regards alignment.

Awful garage, avoid at all costs. MOT tester has an awful attitude doesn’t want to explain anything. Wouldn’t recommend plenty of better garages around.

Excellent service from ordering to fitting of my 2 budget tyres. Friendly staff and a fast cheap service, booked my tyres and appointment online and was in and out in no time at all, highly recommend this service and experience and will definitely be using again.

Never known customer service so bad and…
Never known customer service so bad and such rude staff … and as a result, they’ve lost the business from several vehicles…
Am much happier taking my vehicles to my local experienced mechanic - or as the protyre staff rudely referred to him as “Fred in the shed”… My mechanic is fairly priced, the parts he fits last - whereas protyre are almost double the cost and their parts fail…

Prompt and efficient service
It was easy to book online. I arrived 10 minutes early and the tyre alignment started almost immediately and was completed within 40 minutes. Pleasant reception area to wait, with a coffee machine and toilet. The staff were friendly and approachable.
