I would have given a five star review but supplier sent a tyre with the wrong speed rating so I lost a day and had to make a second trip into town to collect. Staff very helpful and polite.

I've been using protyre for many…

I've been using protyre for many years,I did make a few enquiries elsewhere and found them to be considerably cheaper,and the service was far better from them.
A prompt,clean and efficient service from very helpful and cheerful staff.

Fantastic Service

Not only did they accommodate me in reference to my failed MOT and rebooked it within the time i needed: literally 1 day before it expired. Not to mention were happy to postpone my service that was booked a day after my MOT, till when I was ready.
Then there was an issue regarding my oil spraying all over my engine. They immediately blocked off a time for them to do a thorough investigation. Not only did they drained the brand new oil put in after the service, in order to maintain the correct levels. But when I found a leak from the sump plug, they collected my van and did a full run down, investigated and contacted the dealerships and managed to figure out the problem.
The manager, assistant manager and the staff were fantastic and have treated the issue and me with care and respect. I highly recommend them as amazing service provider.

My car was booked for MOT

My car was booked for MOT, service and air con re-gas but the evening before I had an accident and one of my tyres had the wall of the tyre ripped out and I had to get it recovered and asked for it to be taken to tyreland, it was dropped off I put a note and the keys through the door to explain, I followed up with a phone call as soon as they were open, the staff reassured me they had found the information and the tyre was being replaced and then they would be carrying on with the planned work , everyone was very helpful, thank you

I always go to the Salisbury branch of Protyre because they are trustworthy and reliable.
It’s not my skill set dealing with punctures and worn tyres and these men are wonderful.
