Protyre Autocare - Salisbury Wilton Rd Avis 

Popped in busy afternoon with slow puncture. Turned out to be blackthorn in sidewall so new tyre reqd. Tyre was near end of life so decided to replace both front tyres as 23,000 miles on both. Booked in for 0930 following morning and tyres fitted, balanced, tracking corrected and all done by 1015 despite very busy workload and only 2 staff working due to holidays. Great service.

Just needed some new tyres but had a funny sound coming from my wheels, they changed my tyres and I told them about the noise, they knew exactly what it was and managed to get it done for me there and then, the booking process online was quick and simple and not too expensive, super helpful and kind staff, will continue going there for my tyres and any other issues that arise

Couldnt do the tracking on my car as there software wasnt up to date, even though i had already paid for it.Then lied to black circle and said that i had, had the tracking done.
Eventually admited that the tracking wasnt done, so i coukd recieve a refund. Will never visit again, very rude.

I needed to have tracking done on my Daughter’s car at short notice after an annual service. I phoned the other branch at Churchfields Industrial Estate and a few others. Bathwick was the only Tyre Fitter helpful and fit me in for a Monday appointment. I was astonished that the mechanic called me in and showed me the issue with near side front tyre. I think it was a brilliant idea and your other branch which does not seem to have the time should follow suit. Thank you Bathwick. Very good service.

I had a screw in my tyre. Popped in to Protyre (who were looking busy) and asked if they might have a free slot the next day to fix it. The manager said why don't you bring your car in right now and we'll sort it. Amazed i popped and brought my car in. Only a few minutes later it was sorted and the price was really good. Definitely recommend them and they're a really friendly bunch. 🙂

I went to get my exhaust fixed as it had suddenly become very loud, only to find that the catalytic converter had been stolen. Staff were very helpful and once all the parts were available, they fitted the replacement for a very reasonable price.

Really quick friendly service, tyres are great. Knocking a star off though because I now need to pay main dealer prices to get a fault on the steering system cleared . Otherwise the guys at Bathwick are great
