Alignment & new tyres
Mosborough Branch
Booked in for Monday over the weekend, needed 2 new front boots and a front alignment. For some reason their CRM system had recorded an order number but pretty much nowt else. The required tyres were not there either. 40 mile round trip to basically only accomplish a rebooking for the next day.
Fast forward 24 hours. Arrived and was remembered by the member of staff I had spoken to the day before. Car was taken straight in. Took about an hour but car is now sorted and I'm very happy with the new rubber. Also happy with getting the alignment refunded for the computer problem, didn't ask, it was offered.
Staff are friendly and professional. The fact I've given them 5* despite a computer snafu and a wasted trip should tell you a lot.

I have used protyre before and are…
I have used protyre before and are generally very good, but on this occasion the wheel trims was not fitted correctly after the new tyres was fitted on the motohome,by the time we had got back home one was missing, now putting the cost of a genuine dealer trim onto the cost of the tyres, well these are very expensive tyres, not the service I expected from protyre.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, would highly recommend. I came in with a punctured tyre on Saturday afternoon and was told fully booked but would sort first thing Monday morning. I got a phone call a few hours later to say they had done it and I could collect that afternoon, I was so happy with the service 😊

The team were excellent
The team were excellent, they were very professional throughout the transaction. The tyres have been fitted excellently, resulting in me being able to to drive to the South Coast straight after, with the car handling and driving as it should. Will definitely use them again.
