Extremely poor customer service…
Extremely poor customer service attitude from the assistant manager (and interesting to see other reviewers have raised the same individual so clearly there’s a problem there). Decided to go elsewhere for tyres instead and so pleased I did as I saved £70 (on EXACTLY the same tyres !) Used to be a decent place in years gone by but have now discovered there are better (and considerably less expensive) alternatives nearby. Will not be returning

Could have been a better experience
Struggled to find you as Asda Tyres still has you named as "Hawleys Tyres-Team Protyre", (even though it's years since you were called Hawleys apparently). Had to ask at another business on the estate. Felt was over charged for tracking (that I'm not convinced was needed)- only took 10 minute and cost £45.60

Great service and polite staff
Booked to have two tyres fitted ,After 10 min they come and inform me they received wrong tyres from delivery. Being very upset about what happened and having the spare tyre on the car, the next day I had to drive on the highway, they offered me a tyre until the next day when I was rescheduled .
The next day I received a call from Jamie informing me that the winter tires had arrived.
Keeping customers happy offered me F.O.C front alignment.
Thank you Jamie and to the team.

I would certainly recommended and use this service again.

Hybrid service experience.
Booked my hybrid in for a service and brake fluid change. Work carried out in good timely manner with all paperwork and full diagnostic print outs produced. Staff were courteous throughout.
