The moron at the counter refused to book me in for a tyre repair.
I need my car for Monday to get to work, but he still refused!!
I had used them exclusively for my tyre for years, but because of this I will never go back!
Looks like Kwik-Fit in Leamington will getting my business from now on!!!
Use Kwik-Fit they will bend over backwards to help you!!

Freindly and reasonably priced
They ansqwr the phonw and understand your problem. They were busy but got it done in a couple of hours
I would definitely reccomend going straight to them as they dont mess you abour or rip you off
I wish they did a roadside service instead of leaving that to crooks and cowboys

Unhelpful Poor Service from ProTyre Southam
Had a puncture today & needed a new tyre - Removed the wheel from the car & took it to ProTyre Southam as they had a tyre in stock. I arrived at 09:15 only to be told that they wouldn't be able to fit a tyre until tomorrow. I explained to the Manager that I was supposed to be going away today. He said you can leave it with us but couldn't say when it would be done. I said I can wait for it, the manager said 'No, you can't wait for it' - I am an ex tyre fitter & fit & balance to a clean loose wheel would take around 15 mins tops. There was only one other customer there & there wasn't much going on in the workshop with one guy standing around doing nothing - Had he wanted to help the so called manager could easily have sorted this for me but decided to be awkward about it. So I left in disgust! Welldone ProTyre, tops for poor customer service.!! - I managed to find a small independent place that couldn't do enough to help & got it sorted. As always the little guys beat the big guys when it comes to customer service.
