Had a great experience with the team at protyre stafford today. I recently bought a new pair of alloys and had them balanced twice before coming here and both garages just took my money without doing the job properly on the other hand the guys at protyre didn’t even want me to pay until I took the car out for a test drive to make sure I am happy with the work they carried out.
Definitely 5 star from me!!!!

Split rear tyre due to pot hole.
After a split rear tyre 2 days before going on holiday, they managed to fit me in with fitting 2 new rear tyres of the same type as the originals the next day, all sorted within half an hour. Great service.

Awful customer service - To be honest they tried to turn me away…
To be honest they tried to turn me away on arrival so they could close up earlier then tried to make me think I’d mistaken my appointment time. Then I got spoken to like rubbish and with such bad manners I asked to speak to someone else. I asked if they could check which ones they were changing as I couldn’t remember which my mot advised me to change and they were like I don’t know what we are changing. Whatever you booked. They weren’t helpful at all and made me feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. I wouldn’t use this garage again.

Turned up unfriendly, unhelpful staff all more interested in smashing down cans of monster and vaping in the garage than offering any sort of advise or assistance. No details upon job completion just asked if knew how to reverse my own car! Yes I know how to reverse I car which I own and drove into your garage!
