I have used Protyre for several years now and always find them to do a good job at a decent price the staff are always willing to go that extra mile whatever the situation is and always explain to you what work your car needs doing and the price myself and my family members will continue to use Protyre as long as we own cars

Excellent service. Price was very good too. Dropped car off. Did a bit of shopping. Staff rang to say car was ready about an hour after dropping off at garage. Will definitely use Protyre again when needed.

Staff as always excellent however my…
Staff as always excellent however my pre booked appointment by phone turned into a three hour wait. This was mainly due to over bookings taken on line which ended up causing chaos and unnecessary stress for staff and customers alike. Other excuses for the delays were the emissions tester was playing up and the new administrator was in training with the process and systems even though she coped admirably.
This isn’t the first delay as previously a lack of fitters was used when I had new tyres fitted, which took two hours.
Great place but much better organisation required
