The staff were polite, friendly and helpful but the wait for a booked single tyre change was too long. The excuse given was we only have one tyre fitter was not acceptable.

Had a slow puncture on my DS4, put the spare on myself.
1st time using Protyre (was Elmbridge) in Swadlincote, dropped my wheel/tyre off for repair.
Dealt with Carl, who gave excellent customer service, within a short time had a call to collect and the tyre puncture was repaired, and balanced.
Even had a coffee while they replaced the spare with the original tyre back on the car.
Wonderful service, and a great 1st time experience.

2 new tyres and wheel alignment
Booked online for wheel alignment. When I was there the Technician showed me one tyre at the front was wearing badly so I decided to replace both at the front for safety. I was then booked in a few days later for new tyres and wheel alignment and was able to wait while they carried out the work. Would recommend Swadlincote Protyre.

Prices
Had a pair of tyres fitted, popped in without booking, done in an hour, good service, however I was charged £40 more than the online price I was expecting, didn’t challenge at the time as I wasn’t sure they were the same tyres, checked when I was home. I was contacted by the company, the difference was refunded, I am happy with the outcome, I will continue to use this company. Thankyou

I am very pleased with the service at Protyre Autocare- Swadlincote, because they attended to me at the time arranged for the appointment, the staff were very friendly, they provided me with the diagnosis of my car, not only in writing but verbally as well.
