Great customer service
Great customer service. MoT was finished earlier than planned and I received a call from the staff informing me the car was ready for collection. I was given a run through of advisories to the test and what I should be keeping an eye on in the next 12 months.

Bells Silencers
Bells Silencers, Hooper Place, Swindon.
Very unhelpful staff on the desk, arrogant attitude. Do not want to hear about any issues with their service, never even willing to discuss, always customers fault.
Appalling customer service.
Recommend Bathwick tyres, part of the same group, Protyre, fantastic customer service, very polite and courteous staff, couldn’t be more helpful.
The difference between these two depots is vast. Strange, as they are both Protyre.
