Protyre Autocare - Tiers Cross Avis 

I booked online to have my air-con recharged after being sent a discount code by email. I arrived early but Chris took my car straight in and got started. Despite being very busy, he was friendly and professional throughout. I have had my tyres changed here in the past and am happy to recommend them to my friends.

The tyre fitting was easy and done without fuss. Pity they weren't ready for me at the time I booked for, but they were honest and didn't keep me waiting about, I just went off and did some other stuff and went back at the time they suggested whereupon my tyres were fitted immediately. Friendly place with the right amount of respect for the customer without toadying.

I took my car for a Gold service, whilst travelling there, I had warning lights come up, I alerted the team there and was assured it would be looked at. When I collected the car, I was told their plug in diagnostic machine did not recognise my car, there for nothing was done. The following day my brakes failed, it turns out a burst brake pipe had been missed and all the brake fluid drained out. The staff denied any responsibility for the burst pipe, which I accept, what I cannot accept is that they missed the leaking brake fluid on the rear axle and the low brake fluid in the reservoir.
I had paid over £300 for a substandard service.

Did what was asked for (tracking). Seems to have been done properly, at least the steering wheel is centred when going straight.

Really helpful costumer service who checked my tires for me and although I’d booked to have 3 replaced (on another garages advice) in the end they were checked and only one needed doing. They did it then and there for me. Really helpful good prices and a good service.
