Very attentive staff
Very attentive staff, took my wife's car in and tyres were changed immediately.2 days later I took my car in for new tyres at 09.00 and was told that they could not do it until 3 o'clock that afternoon. I left the car there and was very pleased when I received a phone call at 12.30 to say that the car was ready.

They made no effort to contact me to tell me the place I was getting my car done was closed now? I showed up and was turned away and when I said I hadn't received any email or phone call was told they "weren't surprised" absolutely ridiculous, won't be using them again

I would give ProTyre TROWBRIDGE 5 stars. The staff are excellent and customer service beyond reproach. I have used that depot for years, when it was Bathwick before. As a woman I can trust them to give honest accurate advice, something which even in 2026 cannot be said about everywhere. I will not go anywhere else.
