Warm welcome, good level of services provided
Warmly welcomed upon arrival; prior to this I had spoke to Steve who had matched a competitor's price for 2 tyres + received 50% discount on balancing as a group offer - the job lot was a definite positive for keeping the customer happy.
The car was efficiently fitted and wheel alignment undertaken, 90 mins later I drove away with all services provided professionally and timely

I had trouble getting the 15% offer on the two premium tyres. No bother. The staff got it sorted, booked me in the next day and fitted the tyres as agreed. I always find the staff helpful and appreciate their advice.

First class service and prices.
Protyre Warwick provide a great service, good location , excellent staff and very good coffee! Had a 'Platinum' service on a Citroen which was due a 60,000 miles service. All components replaced with OEM parts as it is still under warranty. No complaints at all, work done quickly with a comprehensive report and at a good price. As always, excellent, respectful and professional service.
As always, Protyre in Warwick gave excellent, caring and professional service. It is the people who make this such a unique place. Always without fail, polite, respectful, and very professional. They are always happy to provide support and advice about my car, outside the normal service. On my last service, the manager went above and beyond, staying late to wait for me to collect my car when I had been delayed. I would not use any other garage for my servicing and I always recommend Protyre Warwick to my friends.
