Great experience at this garage, good price and really helpful ladies on the desk. Let you know when stuff does or doesn’t need doing so aren’t trying to charge you for anything that doesn’t need doing. Did a whole check on the car for me which was great 😊

Sorry but I’m leaving negative comments. I noticed on my bill for a puncture repair. You gave me an environmental charge of £4. I would like to know exactly what this is for please. I left with same tyre so you had nothing to get rid of. Also your Winsford branch never answer the phone. Please explain.

Good for Car Tyres
Competitive prices for tyres, MOT and servicing. However, service life remaining for brake pads, discs and tyre tread depth seem to depend on the fitter doing the inspection! (Service and MOT carried out by a different fitter to the one who fitted the tyres). The garage responded well to this issue and provided a free re-check, but I was left wondering whether the service was done thoroughly.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Went for a new tyre but they also did free checks on balance and brake pads etc, but no extra work required which was reassuring. Reception lady was very friendly. New clean modern office with free coffees!

Good communication but advisories from…
Good communication but advisories from last year where not even pickup on this year's MOT ie suspension spring corroded but this time front shocker replaced did they not touch the springs and the small crack in the windscreen not picked up on this year Inconsistent I won't be going there again
