Booked and paid for Four tyres online
Booked and paid for Four tyres online. Turned up at booked time on a Friday Morning to be told I wasn't booked into the system, And they were too busy to help me and come back on Tuesday. I Contacted customer relations. Got an email saying I would get a call back but it never happened. Won't be using This company ever again.

Do not take any advise !
I was at Protyre to get two tyres replaced. After the job was done, I was advised that my rear brake pads urgently needs replaced , and that this is something what I should do asap as it's dangerous to keep driving with these. I asked for a price, they gave me an estimate of £ 250-£300 (what seemed very high to me as it was only the pads, not the discs). I rang two other garages the day after and got priced £ 150- £ 160. A few days later my car was booked in to change the brake pads. The garage inspected my car and informed me they do not need to be replaced and there are at least 10,000 miles + left on them. Absolute shocking that Protyre tried and forced me to get a job done which wasn't even needed, in addition to that for double the price.

Drove in - sorted - drove out

So why have I only given four stars?
I never got a receipt that's why. No paperwork given to me, nor an email. A major failure as far as I'm concerned.

Mixed bag really
Mixed bag really. Had a gold service absolutely fine booked online few week back, took my van in and the lads found a few issues gave me an honest price , brake pads discs , my apologies can't remember the other issue some sort of rubber belt fitted no problem they did a good job. Unfortunately a crack had appeared on my windscreen right at the bottom where it really could have only happened with the bonnett up, I'm convinced the windscreen had been accidently caught whilst working on my van, if it was there they would have seen it and mentioned it before they started working on the job. The manager who to be fair was really helpful checked the cctv seen nothing and the lads working on the van said they had done nothing, my word against there's just got fobbed off really . I'm 100% convinced that windscreen was caught for it to crack from thar particular place , so I'm very disappointed with the outcome. That's the reality of this day and age no one ever takes responsibility for anything. But hey it's definitely tarnished what would have been a good service from protyre would be reluctant to return in the future
