I took my car in with a suspected puncture. They removed the wheel, checked out the tyre and decided there was no puncture. They were very helpful, explained how it may have lost some pressure and said to bring it back if there was a repeat. I offered to pay for their time but they declined to take any money saying it was "all part of the service".

I use this branch always and have never been disappointed or disadvantaged.

I didn’t have an appointment but was given a slot within 20 minutes. I was kept informed of prices and asked if I wanted a test for alignment as the wear hadn’t been even. After informing me of test price and acceptance I was shown results which indicated alignment was necessary. After alignment I was shown the correction. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the price was reasonable. Clean waiting area with hot drinks available. Overall a pleasant experience.

Had to visit twice within a week, both times they were efficient and happy to contact me when my car was ready, even allowing me to leave my car there an extra hour whilst I finished up in town. Nice to see a safety check included as standard and staff were very friendly and courteous.
