Appalling service from Afrodita…
Appalling service from Afrodita Flowers. I made an order online for 18 white roses, and I paid for this order, however, when the delivery arrived, it was 12 white roses and 6 red - hello, that's not what I ordered and they knew that, however, instead of calling me they unilaterally decided to send me 6 red roses so they could charge me, because they did not have 18 white roses - what an absolute scam !!
Incredibly, they then stated that there was no refund policy, whilst telling me at the same time that they could not correct the order.
The roses I received and not good condition as I imagine they were the last of the white roses, however, never use this company to order flowers because you can see how they conned me, and so a warning to everyone out there !
My rating is actually zero but I do not have that option, and so I have to click 1 star in order to post the review.
Furthermore, looking at other review sites, I see they have done exactly the same to other people, and so this is no one-off.
